Shipping & Returns

Shipping to United States - Orders take approximately 1 hour to process and are ship by UPS or FedEx ground within 24-48 hours.

 Orders going to the East Coast take 1-5 business days to arrive at your location.  However if the merchandise is out of stock at our East Coast warehouse.  We will ship the merchandise from our West Coast warehouse.  Your order will take an additional 1-2 business days to arrive at your location.  If you need your order to arrive at a specific date, please note that on your order or call us at (347) 453-2931.

Shipping to International - We only ship to Canada.  Canadian Buyers Name, Billing and Shipping Address must match the credit card information.  Mannequin Mode system will not process your order.  Our customer service will contact you, and your order will be marked "on hold".  To revise any differences, please login and update your account before placing order.

All Canadian Buyers must call (347) 453-2931 for more detail, need to contact us to calculate shipping charge.  For all Canada's orders shipping via UPS or FedEx, please note that you are responsible and obligated to pay your Custom Fees (Brokerage Fee, Country's Custom Tax and Duty) or any other fees involved.  Mannequin Mode is not responsible for your Custom Fees.

Shipping to CanadaHawaii, Puerto Rico and, Alaska will be additional Freight Charge please call us at (347) 453-2931.


Shipments

Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery for damage or shortage. Call Mannequin Mode to dispatch UPS or Federal Express to inspect damage and have it returned.  DO NOT throw away shipping boxes, UPS and Federal Express will need to inspect merchandise to process your claim.  Mannequin Mode does not guarantee delivery times or dates.  Delivery times and dates are the responsibility of the shipping company.


Truck - Motor Freight Shipments

Mannequin Mode does not accept liability for damages caused during transit by a Common Carrier (Truck).  The customer must file a claim with the Common Carrier to be reimbursed for any damaged goods.  Inspect your shipment for damages before signing the delivery receipt (bill of lading)!  Customer must note any damage on the bill of lading when accepting a shipment or the carrier will not assume responsibility for the damage and refuse to reimburse you, the customer for the damage.  We suggest that you refuse any damaged shipments.  Concealed damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt to the common carrier.  All cartons & packaging materials must be available for inspection and claims consideration.  No exceptions.

Please be aware that the Motor Freight delivering carrier is only responsible to have the shipment to the tailgate of their truck.  It is up to the receiver to arrange removal from the truck to their building.  You may however, for an additional charge, specify inside delivery.  You may also request the carrier call 24 hours before delivery at an additional charge so you may arrange for help at the delivery site for unloading the shipment.  Mannequin Mode does not guarantee delivery times or dates.  Delivery times and dates are the responsibility of the shipping company.
 

Returns

Returns must be made within 5 days, of the date of delivery  No exceptions shall be made on the date.  Returned items must be in the original cartons and in new condition to receive credit.
 
Returns are subject to a 45% restocking charge and the customer MUST PAY ALL shipping charges.  Do not ship any merchandise back to Mannequin Mode main facilities in Georgia.  Please call for any returns and a return authorization number will be given to you at that time.  (347) 453-2931.


Defective Merchandise, Missing Parts or Damage in Transit:

1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if an item is  defective, missing parts or arrive damaged.
2. You must email us with digital photographs within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise or else we cannot process a claim.
3. We will initiate a damaged pickup and inspection with our courier.
4. If you are issued an RA number you must write the RA on the outside of your return package. Shipments returned without an RA will be refused.
5. Merchandise that is defective or damaged must be received by us within 7 days after notification of damage.
